We’ll examine the resolutions at which established design methods are relevant, from foundational artifacts all the way to service design, and some newly adopted approaches derived from systems thinking that can change the way design strategists are able to facilitate problem solving at scale.

We’ll also quickly review the types of ecosystems relevant in experience design, the basics of facilitating a service ecosystem mapping workshop, and the process of identifying the key parts of the system that should be given priority for further downstream exploration. Unsurprisingly, understanding an organization’s ecosystem is not (just) about visualizing and diagraming it, but also about being able to detect and apply the right lenses in order to craft a representation that can evolve into a key sense making tool.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type= »1_2″ _builder_version= »3.25″ custom_padding= »||| » custom_padding__hover= »||| »][et_pb_video src= »https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MI-g6hsQrI » _builder_version= »4.0.7″][/et_pb_video][et_pb_text _builder_version= »4.0.7″]

chez Shopify
le 28 novembre 2019

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version= »3.25″][et_pb_column type= »4_4″ _builder_version= »3.25″ custom_padding= »||| » custom_padding__hover= »||| »][et_pb_text _builder_version= »3.29.3″]

Présenté par

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_team_member name= »Cornelius Rachieru » position= »Founder and Managing Partner of Canadian UX consultancy Ampli2de Inc. » image_url= »https://toutlemonde-ux.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/corneliux.jpg » twitter_url= »https://twitter.com/corneliux » admin_label= »Personne » _builder_version= »3.29.3″ header_font= »|||||||| » body_font= »|||||||| » position_font= »|||||||| »]Cornelius Rachieru is the Founder and Managing Partner of Canadian UX consultancy Ampli2de Inc., where he explores his fascination with the politics of design while leading enterprise-scale experience and service design projects.
